How long does the design process take?
The length of time it takes to get from first meeting to finished piece will vary by the type of project, its complexity, and how quickly all parties can turn things around. We develope a production timeline to ensure the project stays on track and is completed on time.

Will you submit more than one design concept for me to choose from?
Yes. Once we've brainstormed creative ideas, typically we'll present 3-5 concepts to you. Each shows a creative direction, visual approach, potential headlines and sample copy. This presentation is usually done through email or uploaded to a private web page located within our site. If you prefer an in-person presentation and are located within 25 miles of our vicinity, we will gladly stop by with the design concepts.

What do you charge?
Typically I charge an hourly rate based on an approved estimate. Depending on the length of the project, I invoice upon completion or bill monthly for time accured.

Do you have a referral program for current customers?
Yes. We offer an exciting gift card program to any of our current customers who refer new customers to us. If any of your referrals use our design services, you will receive a $25 or $50 gift card of your choice.*

*You will be eligible to receive a gift card when your referral becomes qualified. To qualify, a referral must becomes a customer of Monkey Business Design Group by using any of our design services listed on our services page. If the referral chooses any of our Print Media or Specialty Design services, you will receive a $25 gift card of your choice.** If the referral chooses our Web Design services, you will receive a $50 gift card of your choice.** Only one gift card available per qualified referral. Once qualified, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your gift card.
